Huge scam in India by eBIZ.com.Pvt.Ltd

For the past 11 years, eBIZ.com.Pvt.Ltd founded by Mr Pawan Malhan is selling IT educational packages through the Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) format, even as the content of its courses is available on the Internet free of cost.

Some blogs even suggest that Mr Pawan Malhan was founder of a US-based MLM company SkyBiz, which was fined $20 million by the government. eBIZ sells online self-learning educational packages that contain courses on operating systems, programming languages, database and some capsules on MS Office, computer hardware and internet surfing. eBIZ nor its educational module is registered with any university or technical board; so whatever certificate is given would have little or no value in the market.

When a person becomes an associate he pays Rs.9556 to eBIZ. To earn a commission of Rs2,000 he has to enrol two more people as his left and right legs. eBIZ's total earning works out to Rs19,112-Rs2,000=Rs17,112.The target group is the same-gullible students. Why does one have to pay for something that is otherwise available free of cost over the Internet?

This company is fooling millions of poor people and students by giving them big dreams of earning lakhs of rupees. In turn the frustrated members try to fool others by any possible even unethical means.

There are universities like MIT, UC Berkeley, Stanford University, IIT(NPTEL Courses) and lots of renowned universities providing free courses on subjects more than ebiz can even dream of.

One look at the website of this "company" made me laugh like hell. Looks like it was designed by a 5 year old...Check it out for yourself: ebizel.com
Some of the students who have attended his seminars have also said that eBIZ tries to "brainwash" them!!

Noida-based company’s ‘trainers’ in trouble over cheating allegations, 7 FIRs registered

The Prabhat Road police chowkey has registered seven cheating FIRs against a Noida-based company named Ebiz.com Pvt Ltd for  swindling people by offering attractive earnings for outsourced data entry jobs. The police said the amount involved in the graft could be around Rs 2 lakh. They have arrested five people including the organiser of the training session.

Company MD Pavan Malhotra said, “I have no idea about the complaints. The company and its selling associates are not on the wrong side of the law.

The associates are allowed to charge nominal fees from participants for every session, which is held to disseminate information.

Although we do not promise any work or earnings to people purchasing the packages, some selling associates have informed me that they were harassed by the police and detained for days.

It’s a possibility that some business rivals are behind all this,” he said. Sub-inspector Anjali Khare said, “These conmen lured victims by releasing advertisements in newspapers and held brief training sessions on the campuses of reputed city institutions.

Most victims might not have taken legal recourse as each of them was made to pay only a meagre amount as training fees.”

ebiz.com is surely a money circulation scheme

Mr Yerranna, one of the group of students from Andhra Pradesh studying in Pondicherry, wants to know whether ebiz.com is a scam or not. One look at the website of ebiz.com clearly reveals its true colours.

On the face of it, the ebiz.com offers colourful educational package. However, it is only a veil. Just remove the veil to know it is also a pyramid scheme. One has to become a member to purchase the package and if the member  enrolls more members he would be given nice commission. The ebiz.com is also one of those copycats of Amway India. The Amway offers some unsaleable wampum to its members and ebiz.com also offers various educational packages available in the market at throwaway price. But the whole issue revolves around only enrollment of new members. The 'compensation plan' offers good amount of commission to the members.
The members should realise that there is nothing like infinite chain and the members would be the losers ultimately.
There are already criminal cases filed against ebiz.com and they could not put forward their arguments effectively in the court of law. As long as the officials turn blind eye to the activities of such crooks, they continue to cheat people.
My humble request is not to fall prey to such schemes and lose your money.
